Maintenance Manager Overview / Summary
The Maintenance Manager manages the activities of Maintenance Supervisors and supports maintenance operations for assembly operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale activities for assembly operations.
Ensure equipment capability.
Support error and mistake-proofing activities.
Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) activities.
Support system enhancements.
Manage the activities of Maintenance Supervisors.
Required Qualifications
Experience managing or overseeing Maintenance Supervisors.
Experience supporting maintenance activities related to assembly operations.
Knowledge of equipment capability, error and mistake-proofing, preventive maintenance, and system enhancements.
