Security Awareness and Compliance Analyst

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in cybersecurity operations, security awareness, or IT compliance.

• Proficiency in security awareness training and simulated phishing campaign platforms.

• Experience with security metrics analysis, data visualization, and reporting program effectiveness.

• Experience in developing technical training materials, security newsletters, and user communications.

• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks, audit documentation, and GRC support activities.

• Experience in human risk management, social engineering mitigation, and user behavior analytics.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the enterprise-wide Security Awareness and Phishing Simulation Program.

• Design, schedule, and execute simulated phishing campaigns to assess organizational security posture.

• Analyze user click rates, report metrics, and track security awareness trends across departments.

• Develop and distribute educational security content, threat advisories, and training communications.

• Maintain training completion logs and awareness records to fulfill regulatory compliance and audit requirements.

• Prepare executive reports and risk metrics supporting management reviews and security audits.

• Evaluate emerging social engineering threats to recommend continuous improvements for awareness workflows.
