RazellsXpress specializes in professional commercial and residential cleaning. Our mission is simple: provide fast, dependable, high‐quality service. Cleanliness isn’t just our best practice; it’s our standard.

We’re looking for experienced, dependable cleaners to join our team on a part-time/as-needed basis as our business continues to grow.

Schedule & Hours

·       Most cleaning shifts start after businesses close.

·       We currently have two clients that require morning hours available every other Monday and every Friday. 

·       Hours will vary from week to week based on our client’s needs.

·       A two-week schedule will be provided. Hours subject to change.

·       Once your shift begins, we expect you to be dependable, arrive on time, and complete the job to company standards.

·       This position is a great fit for someone who already has another job, has a flexible schedule, or wants to pick up additional cleaning work.

Pay

Starting pay: $12/hour to $17/hour

There is potential for increased pay as you demonstrate reliability, cleaning ability, efficiency, and the ability to take on additional responsibility.

What You’ll Be Doing

Our work goes beyond basic janitorial cleaning. Depending on the job, tasks may include the following:

·       Cleaning glass door entrances

·       Sweeping and mopping

·       Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms

·       Cleaning kitchens, walls, baseboards, doors, and other high-touch areas

·       Vacuuming carpets and floor mats

·       Removing trash and debris

·       The use of chemicals

·       Moving or working around equipment/furniture

·       Scrubbing commercial and residential floors

·       Following detailed cleaning checklists and company standards

·       Identifying areas that need additional attention rather than simply cleaning what is obvious

What We’re Looking For

We are specifically looking for someone who:

·       Has previous professional cleaning experience

·       Has previous experience with buffers and carpet cleaners

·       Has a strong eye for detail

·       Takes pride in producing a noticeable before-and-after difference

·       Is comfortable working primarily in the evening/night

·       Can work independently without needing constant supervision

·       Is reliable and communicates well

·       Shows up on time for shifts they have agreed to work

·       Is honest, trustworthy, and respectful inside our clients’ facilities

·       Can handle moderate physical work, including standing, bending, scrubbing, lifting equipment

Requirements

·       Previous cleaning experience

·       Reliable transportation

·       Ability to work during the evening/night

·       Ability to meet the physical requirements of commercial/residential cleaning

·       Authorized to work in the United States
