Schedule & Practice Model

Monday through Friday schedule No nights No weekends No call responsibilities Telehealth-focused outpatient care model Approximately 3540 patient encounters daily

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide outpatient primary care services through a telehealth platform Conduct comprehensive assessments in both English and Spanish without interpreter assistance Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across the lifespan Coordinate patient care, treatment plans, education, and follow-up services Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards

Compensation & Benefits

Requirements

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner REQUIRED Active California Nurse Practitioner license REQUIRED Active and unrestricted DEA REQUIRED Master of Science in Nursing REQUIRED Minimum 1 year of post-training NP or PA experience REQUIRED Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED must independently conduct full patient assessments without interpreter support Telehealth and outpatient primary care experience strongly preferred
