School Speech Language Pathologist - Lawrence, MA

This full-time position for the upcoming 26/27 school year offers a rewarding experience for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), especially those who thrive in multilingual settings. With 37.5 hours per week, you'll make a meaningful difference in students' communication skills and educational journeys. Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese are strongly preferred, as 90% of the student population speaks one of these languages, providing an exceptional chance to utilize and further develop your language abilities. Key Qualifications: Current SLP-CCC certification required Experience or interest in working with K-12th grade students Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus Key Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school-based setting Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Provide direct therapy and consultative services for students across various grade levels Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment for all learners This role presents an outstanding opportunity to expand your expertise working with bilingual populations, collaborate with passionate educators, and support students at every stage of their academic journey.
