Clinical Care Technician - Intensive Care Unit - Per Diem Day Job Title: Clinical Care Technician Location: Monmouth Medical Center, 300 Second Avenue, Long Branch, NJ 07740 Department: Intensive Care Unit Shift: Day Job Type: Per Diem, Hourly Pay Range: $25.25 per hour Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. BLS (American Heart Association) required. Preferred: Previous nursing assistant or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program. Certified nursing assistant preferred. Scheduling Requirements Day Shift, Per Diem Essential Functions The CCT is a direct patient caregiver who assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients including phlebotomy and EKG's. Providing patient care, based on physical, education, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients in assigned service. Providing for effective and safe patient outcomes through practice, judgment and critical actions. Ongoing communication with patients and nursing colleagues regarding status of patient's care. Participating in collaboration of our patient's plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning.
