Maintenance Technician for a Senior Living Community

Description of the role: As a Maintenance Technician at St. Ives Hometown Living of Johns Creek, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our senior living community. • Conduct routine inspections of the community
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance
• General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical college experience a plus
• Compassionate and patient demeanor for working with residents who have dementia
