You're responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves Honda experience for all of our guests and using your communication skills to identify needs and offer trade in solutions to our service department guests.Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Honda experience. This role is a great way for a dedicated and outgoing person to kick start your sales career with us!What You'll Do:Greet and offer assistance to customers who enter the service department driveCommunicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle needsOffer solutions and trade in options to our service guestsFollow up on warm leads using the lease-end CRM toolWhat You'll Need:Full time availability.
