How you'll contribute

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to play a key role in coordinating and delivering high?quality pharmaceutical care. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast?paced environments, exercises strong critical thinking, and works confidently with minimal supervision.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage drug therapy protocols
• Review, interpret, and evaluate medication orders to prevent or resolve drug?related issues
• Provide drug information and education to physicians, healthcare staff, patients, and pharmacy students
• Document clinical interventions to support ongoing quality improvement
• Ensure medication orders are accurate and complete prior to entry
• Verify final medication preparation for accuracy after technician filling
• Strong judgment and decision?making skills
• Ability to stay composed and effective in stressful situations
• Commitment to safe, evidence?based patient care

What we're looking for

• Education: Bachelor's Degree Required; Doctoral Degree Preferred
• Licenses: Pharmacy License in the state of Arkansas
• Must live 30 minutes from the facility to accommodate call back requirements
