What We’re Looking For: Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. We also value a combination of education and extensive experience, with 10 to 20 years of relevant industry experience. PE License is required Leadership Experience: You bring a minimum of 10 years of experience leading engineering teams in the commercial market, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and maintaining strong client relationships. Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, managing HVAC projects with increasing responsibility. A Professional Engineer (PE) License and proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit are strong advantages. Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. A natural self-starter with the ability to motivate and lead teams toward common goals. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Proficiency in cost analysis, financial forecasting, and aligning projects with company objectives. Ability to build and foster a strong team culture through recruitment, motivation, and coaching. Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-functional environment and manage cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Sign, seal, and review engineering drawings, ensuring they meet the highest standards. Coordinate and execute engineering efforts in alignment with project plans, specifications, and design-build requirements.
