Position Overview

You’ll work directly with union members and client families who request information about their benefit options. This role is not about cold calling — clients already reach out to us to learn more about their coverage. Your job is to:

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone)
• Explain benefits, answer questions, and assist with applications
• Provide ongoing support to clients and their families
• Assist in document preparation and organization related to transactions.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships while ensuring excellent service

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer support or a fast‑paced admin role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Tech‑savvy, organized, and great at juggling multiple tasks
• Authorized to work in Canada or the U.S
• Active license in life and health insurance or willingness to obtain a license
