CNC Lathe Operator--PRPRA1

BMT Aerospace, USA is looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist, who can independently set up and operatoe CNC lathes to precise tolerances and specifications. This role requires a high level of technical skill, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and continus improvement. Key Responsibilities Set up, adjust, and operate CNC lathes to produce parts of varying complexity. Interpret computer-generated setup sheets and blueprints to determine proper tooling, fixtures, feeds etc Use precision measuring intstruments( e.g. micrometers, heigh gauges, bore gauges) to inspect and verify part dimensions. Perform routine machine maintenance and monitor tool wear: replace tools, and inserts as needed. Make offset adjustments to maintain part quality and dimensional accuracy Cross-train on various machines and processes to support team flexiblity. Perform other duties Qualifications 4-5 years of experience in precision CNC machining Familar with Fanuc OI , Fanuc 21i, Haas, and Okuma controls is highly desirable Ablity to work independent with minimal supervison Willingness to work overtime hours Strong understanding of CNC programing Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints Benefits the first day of hire air-conditioned environment #J-18808-Ljbffr BMT Aerospace
