Bookkeeper / Staff Accountant

Kforce has a client that is seeking to hire a Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant in Woodbury, New York (NY). Summary: This client works on QuickBooks for their accounting services group, and offers excellent compensation and benefits, beautiful new offices, a convenient Long Island location and a very exciting, fast-paced culture.
- 3+ years of solid, hands-on bookkeeping/accounting experience preferably with another CPA or professional services firm
- QuickBooks experience is essential
- Able to handle Payroll and Sales Taxes
- Able to work well independently
- Able to work occasional overtime as required, especially during busy season
