Invest in your own growth through reflection, feedback, and ongoing professional development. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus. Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of English courses (English Composition, Literature, and Language Arts), following content standards — curriculum and resources provided. Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges. Mentoring experience and a passion for social‑emotional learning. Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student‑centered environment. Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
