What You’ll Do As Director of Finance and Corporate Governance, you will oversee both financial strategy and corporate governance functions, ensuring the organization operates with strong financial discipline, compliance, and operational structure. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Prepare and present financial reports to leadership Oversee accounting operations and financial performance Manage cash flow and multi‑entity financial activity Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls Oversee corporate governance, including legal documentation and filings Manage corporate insurance programs and coverage Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies Identify and mitigate financial, legal, and operational risks Build and improve systems for financial operations and documentation How You’ll Make an Impact Your work will strengthen both the financial foundation and governance structure of the organization, ensuring sustainable growth, operational clarity, and reduced risk. Provide financial insight to guide executive decision‑making Ensure strong compliance and governance practices across all entities Improve operational efficiency through structured systems and processes Maintain accurate and reliable financial and corporate records Reduce organizational risk through proactive identification and mitigation Support long‑term growth through disciplined financial and operational leadership Requirements What You Bring You are strategic, analytical, and systems‑oriented, someone who understands both financial operations and corporate governance, and can build structure that supports long‑term success.
