Behavioral Health Social Worker - Crisis Navigator

University of Utah Health

University of Utah Health is seeking a Social Service Worker to support patients in behavioral health settings. You will screen and assess needs, develop service plans with the treatment team, and provide crisis intervention as required. You will help connect patients and families with community resources, coordinate with partners, document care under supervision, and may perform case management duties to support discharge planning. #J-18808-Ljbffr
