Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring cardiac telemetry and responding promptly to changes in patient status
• Administering medications and IV therapies accurately
• Educating and supporting both patients and their families during recovery
• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Documenting assessments, interventions, and progress efficiently and thoroughly

Qualifications and experience desired:

• Active RN license, eligible in North Carolina
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• 1+ year of recent experience in Stepdown or Cardiac Stepdown preferred
• Proficient in cardiac monitoring and post-ICU protocols
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
