Quality Technician

Job Summary Responsible for performing quality inspections and in-process controls to ensure products meet established specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. This role supports manufacturing operations through effective sampling, inspection, documentation, and timely escalation of quality issues. Job Responsibilities Perform in-process inspection and sampling activities per procedures, specifications, and sampling plans. Ensure proper handling and traceability of samples. Maintain strict adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company policies, and regulatory requirements. Execute activities per approved SOPs, Work Instructions, and quality standards. Identify, document, and elevate non-conformances, abnormal conditions, or deviations using quality systems such as NCRs. Escalate any conditions that do not meet requirements within defined timelines. Provide real-time feedback to operations supporting containment and corrective actions. Support investigations with accurate data, traceability, and objective evidence. Maintain quality records. Support internal/external audits and audit readiness activities. Demonstrate compliance with safety programs and achieve site safety goals. Maintain required training and certifications (GMP, safety). Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs. Education and Experience Minimum High School / GED or equivalent. Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of cGMP requirements and regulatory standards. Understanding of SOPs, Work Instructions, and quality systems. Experience with measurement and inspection equipment. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Ability to identify and effectively elevate quality issues. Physical Demands Required to stand for extended periods of time. Work Environment Manufacturing. Shift Information 1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm 2nd Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm 3rd Shift: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am 4th Shift: Sat/Sun - 6:00 am - 6:30 pm + 2 8 hour shifts Mon-Tues or Thu-Fri Shift differential included for 2nd, 3rd and 4th shift.
