Flex Laborer/Equipment Operator
Equipment Operator, Flex Labor & Dirt Work
We are seeking motivated individuals for full-time positions involving heavy to light equipment operation, labor, and dirt work. This role offers competitive pay, and benefits package .
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate various types of light to heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of dirt work, restoration, and clearing functions and operations.
- Knowledge on safely operating Front-End Loaders, Excavators, skid steers and other related equipment.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance including fueling and greasing.
- Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying conditions
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Comfortable working at heights or tight spaces
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- MSHA certification is a plus but not required
- Willingness and ability to pass a pre-employment background check, and drug/alcohol screening
