Responsibilities Experience with financial data entry, reconciliations, and reporting Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry, bank reconciliations, and invoice tracking Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.) Prepare regular financial reports for internal leadership and advisory teams Support budget tracking, expense management, and revenue analysis Help maintain accuracy of financial documentation and client billing records Coordinate with the Director of Finance or external accountants as needed Identify process improvements and support implementation of scalable financial systems Track and report on key financial KPIs that guide business decisions Assist with quarterly and annual reporting requirements, including tax prep support #J-18808-Ljbffr Peak Retirement Planning, Inc.
