What You’ll Do Greet members and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and genuine friendliness Provide fast, accurate, and caring service to build member loyalty Process a variety of financial transactions with precision Assist members with account inquiries, updates, and changes Open new accounts and support existing ones Resolve member questions or concerns using the tools and training provided Balance your cash drawer or cash machine daily and research discrepancies as needed What Helps You Succeed Experience in banking and/or customer service Ability to adapt to both busy and slower branch traffic Basic computer skills A passion for delivering excellent member experiences Openness to feedback and a coachable mindset Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills Active, attentive listening Starting Pay Range $15.00-$17.00 per hour The Perks Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with match Life insurance Additional incentives and perks that support your well-being #J-18808-Ljbffr
