Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.Position ResponsibilitiesOversee cybersecurity technologies across endpoint, network and cloud environments to protect Uline’s enterprise systems.Build and maintain scalable cybersecurity programs focused on automation, threat detection and vulnerability management to reduce risk and improve efficiency.Partner with IT teams to integrate cybersecurity into cloud, infrastructure and application development while influencing enterprise-wide technology decisions.Lead and develop a team of Security Engineers, setting priorities, supporting career growth and driving technical excellence.Direct incident response efforts, partnering across teams to investigate threats, resolve issues and strengthen cybersecurity controls.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.7+ years of experience in a large-scale IT environment; cybersecurity-focused experience preferred.Hands-on experience with risk management frameworks and cybersecurity practices, including NIST, ISO 27001 and CIS Controls.Strong scripting and automation experience, including Python, PowerShell or Terraform.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.BenefitsComplete health insurance coverage and 401(k) with 6% employer match that starts day one!Multiple bonus programs.Paid holidays and generous paid time off.Tuition Assistance Program that covers professional continuing education.Employee PerksOn-site café and first-class fitness center with complimentary personal trainers.Over four miles of beautifully maintained walking trails.About UlineUline, a family-owned company, is North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials with over 10,000 employees across 15 locations.Uline is a drug-free workplace.
