Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement efforts throughout the facility.

Candidates with experience in industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and machine repair are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
• Assist with fabrication projects and equipment modifications.
• Program and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.
• Troubleshoot and program waterjet systems.
• Program and maintain robotic equipment.
• Train and assist operators and apprentices as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, machine drawings, and schematics.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience in industrial maintenance, machine repair, or electrical maintenance.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• PLC troubleshooting and programming experience.
• Waterjet troubleshooting and programming experience.
• Robotics programming experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, machine prints, and electrical schematics.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
