Account Coordinator
$25 - $28 per hourLHH
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Account Coordinator for our Logistics client located in the Knoxville, TN area. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting customers, managing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring accurate order processing.
- Pay: $25-$28 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm
- Location : Knoxville, TN (On-Site)
- Employment Type: Temp‑to‑Hire
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and account-related requests
- Support the sales team by coordinating customer orders and ensuring a seamless order fulfillment process
- Manage the full order lifecycle, including order entry, purchase order creation, shipment tracking, delivery timelines, customer communication, and invoice generation
- Prepare customer quotes and assist with order fulfillment activities
- Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, product availability, and shipment schedules
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the sales team, operations, warehouse, and office staff to ensure a positive customer experience
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics coordination, sales order processing, inside sales support, or account coordination
- Experience in QuickBooks or Sage50 is preferred
- Associate's degree or college equivalent
