Setting : Clinic-based with procedural responsibilities

Facility :

• Level II Trauma Center

• 60,000 annual ER volume

• 12 ORs

• Adult/Geriatric patients

• Conduct vascular and endovascular surgeries (case specifics to be discussed with provider)

• Perform hemodialysis access procedures

• Provide outpatient vascular consultations and procedural follow-up care

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care

• Flight and Hotel fully reimbursed

• Lodging arrangements made in line with facility policy

• Board Certified in Vascular Surgery Required

• Active OH License & DEA Required

  • IMLC accepted with active LOQ at time of submission

• ACLS/BLS Certification Required
