Job Details Build What Matters | Superintendent Role with a Respected Employee-Owned Construction Management Firm Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through completion Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and daily field operations Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant jobsite Ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications Maintain detailed daily logs, site documentation, and progress reporting Partner closely with the Project Manager to proactively resolve field challenges Qualifications 5+ years of construction field leadership experience (Superintendent or similar role) Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and trade coordination Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain jobsite accountability Excellent communication and problem-solving skills OSHA certification preferred Equal Opportunity and Compliance Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
