Flex Nurse Educator - Brooklyn / Queens, NY

IQVIA seeks a licensed Nurse Educator to deliver patient education on medication management and treatment adherence through remote channels and occasional in-person visits across Brooklyn and Queens. The role combines telephonic and video consultations with field coverage during staffing gaps, requiring an active RN license, bachelor's degree, and minimum five years of clinical experience. Candidates must reside locally, maintain a valid driver's license, and be available for weekend and evening schedules with up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education via telephonic, video, email, SMS, and secure messaging on medication administration and treatment adherence
• Provide in-person education during territory coverage gaps including home visits at approved locations
• Maintain accurate documentation, follow program protocols, and meet KPIs and compliance standards
• Connect patients with program-approved resources and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers
• Participate in ongoing professional development, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing; multi-state compact preferred
• Bachelor's degree; BSN preferred
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech
• Proficiency with virtual platforms, documentation systems, MS Office, and iPad technology
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Private designated home workspace required
• Bilingual English/Spanish capability preferred

Compensation: $80,000-$85,000 base annually; bonus eligible
