Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Primary Care Physician – Full Time Outpatient Position Primary Care Physician needed for a full‑time outpatient position in San Antonio and/or New Braunfels, Texas. Specialties: Family Medicine (all ages) or Internal Medicine (adults only). Position Details Clinic location: Established clinics near downtown or in New Braunfels. Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 32‑ to 40‑hour weeks; must be available to work until 8pm twice a week. Patient load: Manage an average of 20‑25 patients per day and roughly 5,000 encounters per year. Support team: 24 pediatricians and 15 ACPs. Facilities: On‑site lab, 2‑3 exam rooms per provider, Pediatrics and Women’s Health services. Language: Spanish speaking preferred. Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $220,000 – $250,000 with a 5% annual increase. Opportunity to earn over $35,000 additional annually based on encounters and wRVUs.
