The Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in supporting clients across various insurance product lines including Property & Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance. Operating within a small team, this role involves high daily customer interaction, utilizing specialized insurance software and custom in-house systems to provide exceptional service and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support clients with policy information and updates
- Assist with claims processing and related inquiries
- Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring compliance adherence
- Document communications and maintain thorough case files
- Facilitate clear and professional communication with customers

- Entry-level experience in insurance customer service
- High School Diploma or equivalent
