Data Entry ClerkWe are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join a Minnesota-based medical device company dedicated to the development and commercialization of biologic products that enhance the body's healing process. This company specializes in creating collagen-based scaffolds that aid in tissue repair and regeneration, particularly focusing on complex wounds and soft tissue reinforcement. The role is a 6-month contract, covering for upcoming team leaves, with potential for permanent employment based on performance.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage a shared customer service inbox daily.Review incoming orders, organize them, and assign order numbers.Accurately enter order details into the ERP system, preferably QAD.Retrieve product information and coordinate order fulfillment through the shipping system.Carefully review and validate all order entries before finalizing.Prepare and package orders, including generating and applying shipping labels.Process customer-submitted usage forms and support billing-related activities.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, for order transfers or billing adjustments.Essential Skills1+ year of customer service, data entry, or light accounting experience.Strong go-getter personality.Ability to learn independently and work autonomously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with QAD or any large ERP is preferred but not required.Work EnvironmentThis is a fully onsite position from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and an hour for lunch. The contract runs through the end of the year, with a strong possibility of being hired permanently based on performance.
