AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Your role as a part-time Brand Ambassador is to bring our brand to life every day, creating an amazing shopping experience for everyone who enters the store. You serve as the face of our company, representing our values and engaging guests with enthusiasm for AE & Aerie products. Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests, helping them find what they need with a friends‑first mindset. Educate guests on product details and suggest options that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests. Flex work across the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates in getting the job done. Act with integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications Enjoy interacting with people. Energetic and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Passionate about AE and Aerie products. Experience in retail is preferred. At least 16 years of age.
