Field Account Manager

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking an on-site Brand Ambassador to support Samsung B2B Care. You will resolve site escalations, manage regional customer relationships, and collaborate with service and sales teams on opportunities to grow business. You will provide engineering level support for visual display products, deliver training, create documentation, and help with small to mid-size service projects.
