This role leads a team of approximately 10–15 adjusters and/or vendor partners, driving performance through coaching, engagement, and accountability to achieve consistent, high-quality claim outcomes. This leader plays a critical role in executing operational strategies that support Claim, Discipline, Claims Service Area (CSA), and enterprise business objectives.
