Job Description

We are seeking a Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse with a minimum of 18 months of recent permanent nursing experience in Med/Surg Telemetry. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Ohio nursing license and have certifications in BLS and ACLS. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and managing patient telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting.
• Monitor and manage patients' telemetry needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-discharge needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
• Active Permanent Ohio nursing license or Compact state license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Two professional references from a manager or supervisor in the specialty.
