If youre someone who takes ownership, drives accountability, and excels at turning moving parts into successful outcomes, this role is for you./ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliOwn and lead the full proposal lifecycle from bid release through final submission./liliCoordinate estimating, operations, and leadership to ensure complete scope coverage and aligned pricing strategy./liliEstablish and manage bid schedules, deadlines, and deliverables across all stakeholders./liliReview drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify scope requirements, gaps, and risks./liliSupport development of conceptual budgets, hard bids, and negotiated proposals./liliManage subcontractor and vendor engagement, including bid outreach, leveling, and scope validation./liliEnsure all proposal componentstechnical, commercial, and documentationare accurate, complete, and compliant./liliMaintain proposal logs, tracking tools, and historical data to support future bids and continuous improvement./liliFacilitate internal bid reviews, including scope alignment, risk assessment, and submission readiness./liliSupport client engagement through pre-bid meetings, walkthroughs, and clarifications./liliIdentify opportunities for value engineering and competitive differentiation./liliContinuously improve proposal processes, templates, and standards to increase efficiency and quality./li/ulh3What You Bring/h3ulliStrong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple bids in a deadline-driven environment./liliAbility to balance competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail./liliProficiency reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and telecom infrastructure designs./liliWorking knowledge of structured cabling, fiber optic systems, and data center environments./liliUnderstanding of estimating workflows, cost structures, and subcontractor bid processes./liliStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical, operational, and executive teams./liliExperience identifying risks, scope gaps, and inconsistencies in bid documents./liliProficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam (or similar), and proposal/estimating tools./liliHigh level of accountability, professionalism, and commitment to quality deliverables./li/ulh3Experience/h3ulli5+ years of experience in construction preconstruction, estimating coordination, or proposal management./liliExperience supporting hyperscale or mission-critical data center projects strongly preferred./liliBackground in telecommunications, structured cabling, or low-voltage systems preferred./li/ulh3Education/h3pBachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred./ph3How Success is Measured/h3ulliConsistent delivery of on-time, complete proposal submissions/liliAccuracy and thoroughness of scope coverage and documentation/liliEffectiveness of cross-functional coordination/liliQuality and professionalism of final proposal deliverables/liliContribution to increased win rates and backlog growth/li/ulpWork Environment Physical Requirements Primarily office-based with standard sitting, standing, and computer use.
