ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2000 and is a close-knit team of three built on experience, service, and strong community ties. I've been with State Farm for over 32 years, starting my career in Auto Claims, which helped shape my passion for helping people during important moments in their lives.

I'm a graduate of Ohio State University and stay very active in the community. I serve on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity and am involved with both the Rotary and local Chambers of Commerce.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Shawna Stump - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
