Details:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• Weekends are very rare

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for performing Physical Therapeutic services for home care patients with disease/disability, providing preventive health measures, and providing services on an intermittent in accordance with plan of care. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of school of Physical Therapy with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
• Current license to practice in Oklahoma.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Current CPR card or completion of course within 30 days of hire.
• Having and maintaining a valid Oklahoma Driver's License and satisfactory driving record is a condition of employment. Automobile liability insurance required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderately heavy material, supplies or patients (up to or > 100 lbs.) for most of the shift.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull heavyweight materials (over 100 lbs.) occasionally.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time throughout the work schedule, with some bending and stooping.
• Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
• Adequate vision, or correctable with glasses/contacts, to prepare reports and read written materials.
• Ability to work with confused and aggressive patients.
• Demonstrates adequate stamina to deal with stressful situations and to complete the necessary work schedule.
• Able to work in a latex-burdened environment.
