Home Health Aide (HHA)

Home Careolina is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide exceptional in-home care to our clients in Huntersville, NC. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities while promoting their independence and comfort in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor and document clients' health conditions and report any changes to supervisory staff.
• Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed care plans.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote clients' well-being.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care activities.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check • Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance • Reliable transportation • Genuine compassion for seniors and a commitment to respectful, dignified care

Available Shifts

We offer a variety of flexible scheduling options, including: • Daytime shifts (4–12 hours) • Overnight 12‑hour shifts • 8‑, 10‑, and 12‑hour shifts • Day shift and night shift • Weekend availability • Holiday shifts • Overtime opportunities
