Legal Recruiting Coordinator

We are seeking an in house legal Recruiting Assistant to support the firm’s recruiter, with staff recruiting across all office locations. This role will assist with the full recruitment process, including conducting initial candidate screens, coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and supporting day-to-day recruiting operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1.5–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the legal industry, either in-house or with a staffing agency. Candidates should be polished, organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment.
