Quality Supervisor

Quality SupervisorWe are seeking an energetic and engaging Quality Supervisor to lead quality technicians for our production line during our night shift operations. You will exercise your exceptional people skills to delegate tasks and guide personnel in developing one of Tesla's newest manufacturing teams. Your proven record of driving improvements and agility in responding to quality excursions will enable you to set the tone for the rest of the team. In addition, your strong collaborative skills allows you to bring cross functional teams together to efficiently solve complex problems. Your presence will bring structure to the team and bring the best performance out of each of your employees.ResponsibilitiesDelegate responsibilities and manage schedules for a team of quality technicians and inspectorsProvide coaching and training to technicians and inspectorsEscalate quality issues with management and engineering as neededDrive improvements in quality operationsAssist quality technicians and inspectors on in-line decision makingProvide regular reports & updates to quality team and managementAssist in management of material disposition.
