Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Cardiac

Role Overview Provides direct medical-surgical nursing care, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance patient outcomes and quality of life. Establishes effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams, developing personalized care plans through the nursing process. Utilizes evidence-based practices, demonstrates leadership, and collaborates with the inter-professional team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Educates patients and families on health maintenance and recovery, fostering a respectful and compassionate environment. Maintains safety awareness and may perform point-of-care testing. Qualifications include a nursing degree from an accredited school, valid licensure, and BLS certification. Requires physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and other movements. Strong communication, critical thinking, and cultural sensitivity skills are essential.
