Make a Difference in Community Mental Health

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Qualified Professional (QP) to join our Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) in Asheville, NC. This position provides community-based services to adults living with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), helping individuals achieve recovery goals, improve daily functioning, and maintain stability in the community.

As a member of our multidisciplinary ACTT team, you will work directly with clients in their homes and throughout the community, providing support, advocacy, skill-building, and care coordination.
What You'll Do

• Provide community-based mental health services and support to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.
• Assist clients in developing skills necessary for independent living and recovery.
• Coordinate care and collaborate with ACTT team members to implement person-centered treatment plans.
• Connect clients with community resources and services that support recovery and wellness.
• Monitor client progress and communicate updates to the treatment team.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with program standards and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, treatment planning, and crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Qualified Professional (QP) status according to NC 10A NCAC 27G.0104.
• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
