Home Care Aide - Transfer Experience Required

We are currently hiring caregivers for weekday day shifts with occasional Saturday availability . This position provides the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

As a caregiver, you will provide one-on-one support in clients' homes, assisting with activities of daily living such as personal care, mobility assistance, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and medication reminders. Our caregivers play a critical role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.

We are specifically seeking candidates with experience assisting clients with transfers and mobility support. Experience using gait belts and providing hands-on assistance with ambulation is strongly preferred. Experience working with individuals living with dementia is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience with transfers and mobility assistance required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
