Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide - Assisted Living & Memory Care

Overview SummerWood of Chanhassen – a PHS property located at 525 Lake Drive, Chanhassen, MN 55317. We seek a Part‑Time Nursing Assistant (Home Health Aide / CNA / Caregiver / Resident Assistant) to provide high‑quality personal care to residents in our assisted living and assisted living memory care programs. Responsibilities The Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide/Resident Assistant is responsible for delivering personal care and services to residents, supporting their personalized living choices while maintaining consistency with regulations and best practices. Qualifications Caregiving experience helpful but not required. Demonstrated competencies in person‑directed, elder/resident‑directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self‑leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness. Alignment with the PHS mission and operating philosophies. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for communication with all customers. Pay Range Estimated starting pay: $21.00 – $22.90 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and market conditions.
