Job Overview Full‑time Case Manager position at TFI Family Services. Average hourly rate $27.02 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.). Must reside in Kansas. Responsibilities Work with children and families to ensure safe and thriving home environments. Teach skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication. Collaborate with team members to assess, plan, and advocate for clients to improve their quality of life. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field. Experience working with children and families. Compassionate, eager to learn, and strong desire to advocate for children and families. Bilingual candidates preferred. Must live in Kansas.
