About the Role:

Join ComForCare Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide/Personal Care Assistant in Jackson, WI, where you will provide compassionate care to clients in their homes. Be a vital part of our team and make a difference in the lives of those you serve.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to healthcare professionals.
• Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
• Administer medications as prescribed and assist with mobility and transfers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure client well-being.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in healthcare preferred.
• Valid state certification as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Assistant.
• Previous experience in home health care or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
