COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Location: Ennis, TX | Onsite $50,000 – $60,000 annual salary DOE Bi-annual profit sharing Full-time | Direct Hire

ROLE IMPACT

This role supports escrow operations by assisting with residential and farm/ranch transactions, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely processing of files. The Escrow Assistant plays a key role in maintaining smooth transaction flow, supporting escrow officers, and delivering a high level of service to clients. This position is ideal for someone with escrow, title, mortgage, or real estate transaction experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with residential and farm/ranch escrow transactions Support escrow officers with file preparation, processing, and closing coordination Maintain and organize transaction documentation and records Communicate with clients, lenders, and internal teams as needed Review documents for accuracy and completeness Ensure timelines and deadlines are met throughout the transaction process Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations Deliver professional, responsive customer service

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1–3+ years of escrow, title or real estate experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills Stable work history preferred

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

Escrow and title software systems (or similar transaction-based systems) Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Document management systems

PREFERRED SKILLS

Experience with residential and/or farm/ranch transactions Background in escrow, title, mortgage, or real estate transactions Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry
