\nCompensation: $80 - $100

\nABOUT THIS ROLE
\nThe ideal individual for this role is a multi-faceted and innovative problem-solver who has the proven ability to deliver and launch initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy. Must be a clear communicator, team player, and be able to inspire and motivate teams to deliver world-class creative.
\nRESPONSIBILITIES
\nWork closely with creative teams to bid, award and execute best in class work
\nWork closely with program management and marketers to secure alignment and reach campaign goals
\nDeliver mixed deliverable assets including stills, animation and live action video
\nSupport innovation within formats to create breakthrough and memorable creative work
\nPush on innovation within formats to create breakthrough and memorable creative work
\nSet project schedules, and manage calendars for highly specialized creative workers, including both internal creative teams and/or external partners
\nNegotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates and related parameters across a spectrum of budgets
\nManage external vendor relationships (illustrators, photographers, design firms, production companies, etc.)
\nSupport peers to ensure the team delivers consistently
\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
\n10+ years of relevant experience producing complex content projects
\nStrong communication and organizational skills
\nAbility to problem solve in fast paced environments, comfort with agile/nimble production
\nAbility to help tell a well-crafted story in writing and/or video
\nResilience and can-do attitude, and a positive personality to add to the existing team spirit
\nBachelor's Degree preferred
\nMust obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
