Project Manager

Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $45,000.00 Annually Our ever-growing company is looking for a Project Manager for our retail security team. We have maintained continuous growth for the past 11 years with no slowdown in sight and are looking to add to our family. The ideal applicant must have a strong background in commercial glazing estimating, project management etc. and possess the ability to effectively manage assigned tasks in a timely and organized manner. Our team manages multiple projects simultaneously so multi-tasking is essential. Each project has a firm deadline so the ability to complete tasks within that deadline is imperative. Previous experience in commercial glazing is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strong working knowledge in Microsoft office Products, with extensive Excel knowledge Strong working knowledge in Adobe products New customer/prospect set-up New customer location (project) set-up Job document processing and organization (Uploading files to Box network) Estimate conversion to sales order Product and shipment tracking (Obtain tracking, upload to record, and follow to ensure accurate delivery) Purchase order creation Obtain and process completion documents from installers (May require use of customer specified portals) Review and submit vendor invoices Create and submit Customer Invoice(s) upon completion Other support tasks as assigned by Supervisor Bid requests & follow-up (as directed, Supervisor review required) Request and obtain Landlord approval (as required) Project scheduling and coordination Direct client communications (as directed, copying the direct Supervisor is required #J-18808-Ljbffr National Glazing Solutions
