The right candidate will be mechanically and technically inclined, have an astute business acumen, and possess the interpersonal skills to thrive in this sales/customer‑service focused position. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and perform periodic maintenance on garage doors and openers Install various types of garage doors and openers Manage the truck, its inventory, schedule, and client communications Utilize Service Titan software to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with opportunities Provide solutions for each application as it pertains to safety, functionality, and performance Deliver superior customer satisfaction for every job Qualifications 1+ years of experience repairing or installing residential garage doors and motors Mechanical aptitude – knowledge and skill in using various hand and power tools Sales and customer service experience is highly preferred Able to move or lift 50–75 lbs over your head, bend, climb, reach, kneel, etc. for extended periods Positive attitude with a desire to learn High School Education Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Clean criminal background Commercial garage door experience is a plus Company Information ProLift Garage Doors has the experience and expertise to meet all garage‑door installation and service needs, whether the doors are for residential or commercial purposes.
